The hotel was beautiful designed and modern and overlooked garden. The room was brand-new, tidy with down pillows. The property's position was absolutely perfect and magnificent, nearer to everything.

The staff here were super attentive and really polite. They gave us awesome and super clean rooms with an amazing view of the valley, and a huge comfy bed, for example. 🌄

The room was exceptionally clean and brand-new and there were a mini fridge bar, a work desk and an electric kettle. The location of the property was marvellous and incredible, on top of a hill. Further, it was just next door to the town of Petra and Petra and most of all the staff...

The location was awesome. The foyer and welcome were v good. The swimming pool was lovely but it seemed odd to be indoors. Towels were very nice. Staff were friendly. Car parking was safe and secure. Air con was effective.
It seemed ridiculous to have a kettle with a plug that did not fit the socket. When we discovered this and requested an adaptor it took a long time to come. 5* rating seemed too high - the carpets on our floor were tatty. Food was very over priced. Restaurant was noisy; as we weren't in 'a group' we felt slotted in the corner rather than being able to enjoy the best of the restaurant (we weren't even able to see what it was like).

We has an executive room on a deal and the views were wonderful from the roomExcellent reception from the staff at reception and taking us up to room. Room spacious and generous goodies in the bathroom. Free softes was a bonus of this type of room. food was reasonable. Would go again now know score and when weather would allow to appreciate outside spaces
Be careful if you order drinks sometimes a bit of confusion over the tab. no no smoking area in bar which is normal for this part of the world. The look fo the hotel felt 4 star but there was some tatty carpet in the hallways and a mark on the carpet in one of our rooms. I did mention on leaving that there was also a problem with the door to my room. No real response but I would have made more of a deal if i had been there more than one night.

The location and friendliness of the staff.
We arrived quite frustrated as we couldn't find the place! The map on the website was useless and there weren't any signs on the road as for other hotels.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Great customer service. Compared to other hotels in the area, it was fairly good value for money.
The food was definitely sub-standard. The hotel looked a bit tired and despite the fact that we had been upgraded to a superior room, it was still a bit dingy.
